The PSF strategic plan for 2024–2029 provides the blueprint for our interventions across the 5 clusters, organized under four chapters: introduction, cluster analysis, strategic framework, and implementation framework.

1. Membership mobilization — growing and engaging our member base
2. Advocacy — shaping policy in favour of business
3. Business development — direct services for member growth
4. Capacity building — skills, training, and knowledge transfer
5. Institutional strengthening — building PSF's organizational capability
6. Cross-cutting areas — gender, youth, environment, digitization

Implementation

Each cluster develops cluster-specific action plans aligned to these pillars, coordinated through the PSF Secretariat to maximize synergy and avoid duplication.
